"Dear Every One!

Having decided to have our loft re lagged we set off on the trail of finding a reputable company to work with. Cleared out the loft with the help of my extended family due to the young age of our daughters and my husband's disability - back in September 2010! then the disaster and frustration started, delay in viewings, forgotten orders, too busy to be booked in and much more!!

NO of course not because you know how to treat customers and uphold a good work ethic.

Earlier this year I found myself next to one of your vans at the local petrol station and started speaking to two pleasant, helpful fitters. Having looked you up on your website, I had an equally polite and helpful conversation with the receptionist booking in new clients. Within the agreed time frame we had our loft viewed by Mr Kelly, was informed that someone would be phoning within the next 7 days and much to or shock, yet delight someone did phone and stated would it be possible to have the loft done on that day as the Fitters were passing our property on the way to another client?! This was music to our ears. The fitters did call and left us with a well insulated loft and the surrounding area clean and tidy.

The loft continence which had been stored in all the bedrooms since September was returned within days - Thank You

Your company has also had a slightly more challenging time at our property at East Grinstead but again I can only continue to sing your praises. A different team, I know but the same helpful interactive standard as we have come to expect.

I truly wish to Thank everyone who has either spoken to us direct, done the requested work and of course all those behind the scenes. The company work ethic has been put into practice at every stage and I for one will be recommending Dyson Insulations Ltd to all that ask.

Mr & Mrs Watson of The Hoods in Brighouse qualified for free cavity wall and loft insulation as part of the free insulation for the over 60’s initiative.
