Park Homes
There are approximately 200,000 Park Homes in the UK, many of which are occupied by low-income households. Fuel bills can be excessively high, as the Park Home sites often do not have mains gas available, consequently more expensive heating fuels such as LPG and electricity, are widely used. Older park homes typically have poor standards of thermal insulation and are inefficient and expensive to heat.

External wall insulation systems are now available which will dramatically reduce heating costs whilst enhancing the appearance of the park home. The insulation will also help to reduce condensation and mould growth as well as reducing external noise to some degree.
We offer several systems, including offer two bespoke systems, a lightweight EPS pre-rendered panel system and a thinner lightweight Aerogel panel system. Both systems are extremely energy-efficient and low maintenance. When combined with our bespoke roof insulation system and underfloor insulation, the highest levels of thermal efficiency are achieved.
Within this difficult sector of work, we offer an excellent project management service, working with the park home owners, the site owner, the local authority and any other funding providers to provide high quality installations with exceptional Customer Care. We are experienced in marketing to the park home community, engaging the owners and carrying out complicated site programmes.
