We can laminate virtually any insulation to any surface using our new purpose built spray booth . Our hot wire machine is an auto slicer and dicer, capable of cutting a 3 metre x 1.2M polyfoam/styrene blocks down to 6mm boards and then increasing by 1mm into sheets or cut pieces"

We were contacted by Geodis Wilson Freight Forwarder who had a problem with transporting temperature affected medication abroad. We have designed and now build airfrieght containers out of Polyfoam.

Pe 10 expanded polystyrene & extruded polyfoam cutting machine (hot wire machine).

The hot wire machine is an auto slicer and dicer, capable of cutting  a 3 metre  x 1.2m polyfoam/styrene blocks down to 6mm boards and then increasing by 1mm,  into sheets or cut pieces.

We are capable of achieving tolerances of 0.75mm. 

The wires are set in 1mm pitch studding. 

Capable of heating up to 52 (0.5mm diameter) wires in the (x) axis and 28 in the (y) axis. The slicing frame can be quickly and easily changed for potional frames to save setting time.

Spray Booth

Our spray booth is purpose built for bonding laminated boards, i.e. kingspan, quinntherm and xtratherm to various base boards, namely; wallboards, plyboard & chipboard.

We are also capable of sticking various other materials, such as paperfaced and tissue faced products.

There is also an inbuilt hot melt system situated within the spray booth for bonding such as dpcs and foam products.
