Training and Development
At Dyson Insulations we are totally committed to providing a 1st class service for all our customers.

In order to do this it is vital that all our employees undergo a comprehensive training programme for their specific area of work, whether that be an administrator in one of our offices or an installer or surveyor working in either our Insulation or Heating Divisions.
Our initial 2 day induction course ensures that all employees are quickly familiarized with the Dyson standards of total quality.
This is then followed up with a customized training plan ranging from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the individuals experience. Two key elements of the training are Customer Service and Health & Safety.
In addition we also ensure that regular reviews of individuals progress and inspections of their work is carried out both in the offices and on site and that any additional training requirements identified are quickly put in place.
In adopting this approach we are confident that we can achieve the highest standard of work for our customer.
